Board of Directors

Ms. Chia has been a member of our board of directors since 2026. She is the founder and Managing Partner of Post Mills Capital, Inc., an advisory firm specializing in the insurance, financial services, and technology sectors. She served as Chief Financial Officer of Vertafore, Inc. from January 2023 to April 2025. Prior to that, she worked at Permira Advisors, Nautic Partners and Credit Suisse. Ms. Chia also serves on the board of directors at Kinsale Capital Group, Inc. and holds a B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College as well as an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Ms. Laube has been a member of our board of directors since 2020. She served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cardlytics, Inc. from May 2020 until September 2022 and as a director of Cardlytics, Inc., from 2008 through May 2023. Prior to that Ms. Laube served as the Chief Operating Officer of Cardlytics, Inc., a role she held since 2008. From 1994 to 2008, Ms. Laube held various positions at Capital One. Ms. Laube holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati.

Mr. McBride has been a member of our board of directors since 2022. From August 2001 to November 2021, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Stamps.com, helping evolve the Company from a small business mailing solution to a dominant ecommerce shipping software company in the U.S. Today, he continues to serve on the Board of Stamps.com (now rebranded Auctane). He also was previously a longtime member of the board of directors at LegalZoom and a board member of CafePress. He works on several non-profit efforts and has been a member of the board of trustees at the California Science Center for the past 13 years. Mr. McBride holds a BS and MS in electrical engineering from Stanford University, as well as an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Ling has been a member of our board of directors since 2025. Mr. Ling is currently a Managing Partner at Rise Growth Partners, a role he has held since 2024. Prior to joining Rise Growth Partners, Mr. Ling served as a Managing Director at Corsair Capital starting in 2011. Prior to 2011, Mr. Ling worked at Lightyear Capital and J.P. Morgan. Mr. Ling holds a B.A. in Economics and International Studies from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
